Get face-to-face experience with tea training the way it’s meant to be. Our live courses are specially designed to give you comprehensive experience in tea by providing you with hands-on supervised experience in critical areas such as tea tasting, blending, cupping, and food pairing. You’ll also benefit from the expansive knowledge of multiple highly experienced instructors.
Unlock the secrets of blended teas and herbals in our Certified Tea Blending course. A three-day intensive workshop is followed by your own final blended tea project which will be marked and graded by our resident Tea Master and Master Tea Blender, Sharyn Johnston. The course is held in person at our training centre in Geelong, Australia and internationally.
This professional Certified Tea Blending Course will focus on the secrets and mysteries of tea blending, along with the professional techniques required for developing both traditional blends and signature formulas. A three-day intensive workshop is followed by one project, and is focused heavily on hands-on learning.
Become a Certified Tea Master with the Australian Tea Masters Certified Tea Master Course. Receive a mastery-level training by qualified tea masters and instructors, and learn all the main ins and outs of tea, including a diverse range of tea knowledge, as well as professional tea tasting (“cupping”). At the end of the course, students will be able to speak confidently about tea, as well as serve it with knowledge, passion, and integrity.
This course seeks to equip food and beverage professionals such as coffee baristas, café owners, beverage managers, and wine sommeliers with the additional skills necessary to work as professional tea connoisseurs. At the end of the course, you will be fully equipped to provide advice, select, prepare, and serve specialty tea to the highest standard.
The course is delivered over a 2 day intensive workshop and supported by online learning activities and our Course in Tea Sommelier book. The course is held in person at our training centre in Geelong, Australia. It is also offered online.
