This tea is produced by the Shangri-la Tea Garden in Ilam District, Nepal. The teas are grown in the Himalayan foothills at similar altitudes to Darjeeling teas. This tea has a beautifully twisted golden leaf that produces an amber cup with a brisk aroma. The flavour is both smooth and sweet with pleasant notes of malt and honey.
